dc.description.abstract	This thesis, titled "Evaluation of the impact of investment incentives in the Liberec Region" aims to analyze and evaluate the impact of investment incentives in the Liberec region, the data obtained through the specific firms Liberec Region and then verify the hypothesis that these effects are recorded. The introductory part includes the objectives of the thesis, formulation of hypotheses. The second part deals with the characteristics of investment incentives, its historical development, the system of investment incentives in the Republic and conditions to the granting of incentives. The third part deals with foreign direct investment, its importance in the context of investment incentives, then there is the categorization of FDI and in the end the importance of FDI for the region, perhaps the positives and negatives of featured authors. The fourth part refers to FDI in the regional context. Presented here are indicators that portray the positive effects of FDI on the regional level, as reported by the authors. All these indicators are presented in comparison with the Czech Republic. The fifth part is the view of investment incentives in the district. Attention is focused on the investment patterns of the Liberec Region. There are presented some selected indicators, which reflect the effectiveness of investment incentives for development of the region, GDP and labour productivity. Another part of the chapter is then devoted to the characteristics of the Liberec region, and the conclusion is devoted to a brief description of selected companies Liberec Region utilizing investment incentives. The sixth part is devoted to his own investigation and verification of hypotheses, which monitors the impact of IP in the Liberec region, the unemployment rate, growth in gross value added and labor productivity growth in manufacturing. In the seventh part of the final is evaluation of all evidence obtained and hypotheses.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce, s názvem "Hodnocení dopadu investičních pobídek v Libereckém kraji" má za cíl analyzovat a zhodnotit vliv investičních pobídek na Liberecký region, prostřednictvím získaných údajů konkrétních firem Libereckého kraje a následně ověřit hypotézy, které tyto vlivy zachycují. Úvodní část práce obsahuje cíle diplomové práce, formulaci hypotéz. Ve druhé části je věnována pozornost charakteristice investičních pobídek, jejímu historickému vývoji, systému investičních pobídek v ČR a podmínkám k udělení těchto pobídek. Třetí část se zabývá přímými zahraničními investicemi, jejich významu v kontextu investičních pobídek, dále je zde uvedeno členění PZI a v závěru kapitoly význam PZI pro region, možná pozitiva či negativa uváděná autory. Čtvrtá část poukazuje na PZI v regionálních souvislostech. Jsou zde předloženy ukazatele, které vykreslují pozitivní efekty PZI na regionální úrovni, jak je uvádí autoři. Veškeré tyto ukazatele jsou uváděny v porovnání s Českou republikou. V páté části je pohled na investiční pobídky v Libereckém kraji. Pozornost je zaměřena na strukturu investic Libereckého kraje. Dále jsou zde uvedeny vybrané ukazatele, které vyjadřují efektivnost IP na rozvoj regionu, a to HDP a PP. Další část kapitoly je pak věnována charakteristice Libereckého kraje, závěr je věnován stručnému popisu vybraných firem Libereckého kraje čerpajících investiční pobídky. Šestá část je věnována vlastnímu šetření a ověřování hypotéz, které sledují dopad IP na míru nezaměstnanosti, růst hrubé přidané hodnoty a na růst produktivity práce ve zpracovatelském průmyslu, v Libereckém kraji. V závěrečné sedmé části je vyhodnocení veškerých dosažených poznatků a hypotéz.	cs
