Abstract
Předložená diplomová práce si klade za cíl zhodnotit připravenost trhu práce v ČR na nadcházející čtvrtou průmyslovou revoluci a doporučit případná opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení situace. Vzhledem k rozsahu diplomové práce bude brán zřetel především na dopady spojené s automatizací v sekci dopravy a skladování. V první, teoretické části, jsou popsány předchozí průmyslové revoluce a je zhodnocen jejich dopad. Dále je zde charakterizován koncept průmyslu 4.0, jsou zde popsány očekávané dopady a nachází se zde stručný popis změn pojících se s autonomní dopravou. Druhá, praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu trhu práce, přičemž po úvodním zhodnocení současného stavu je blíže rozebrána připravenost trhu práce na zavedení autonomních technologií v sekci dopravy a skladování. Nakonec jsou v této diplomové práci popsány a zhodnoceny dopady automatizačních projektů ve vybrané společnosti, přičemž jsou zde rovněž doporučena vhodná opatření vedoucí k optimalizaci implementace těchto technologií.
The submitted diploma thesis aims to evaluate the readiness of the labor market in the Czech Republic for the upcoming fourth industrial revolution and to recommend possible measures to improve the situation. Given the scope of thesis, only the impact of automation in the transport and storage sector will be taken into account. The first, theoretical part describes previous industrial revolutions and assesses their impact. Furthermore, the concept of Industry 4.0 is characterized, the expected impacts are described, and there is a brief description of the changes associated with autonomous transport. The second, practical part focuses on the analysis of the labor market. After the initial evaluation of the current situation, the readiness of the labor market for the introduction of autonomous technologies in the area of transport and storage is discussed in more detail. Finally, this thesis describes and evaluates the impact of automation projects in the selected company, and there are also recommended appropriate measures to optimize the implementation of these technologies.
