Abstract
Diplomová práce Aplikace konceptu chytrých měst v České republice se zabývá mapováním současného stavu v zavádění konceptu Smart City v České republice se zaměřením na oblast energetiky, zejména na úrovni instalace prvků smart grids. Jednou z dílčích oblastí je modernizace veřejného osvětlení, na kterou se tato práce vztahuje. Nejdříve definuje teoretický rámec, vysvětluje pojem a dimenze Smart City ve vazbě na regionální politiku a městské plánování a uvádí příklady realizace a zkušenosti ze zahraničí. Analyzuje, zda mají krajská města v České republice zpracovány strategické plány rozvoje pro zavádění konceptu smart pro energetické technologie, a jaké projekty se zaměřením na energetickou úspornost jsou již realizovány. Vyhodnocuje možnosti finančního zajištění z pohledu municipalit, a také uvádí jaké jsou bariéry a bezpečnostní rizika při zavádění chytrých technologií. Představeny jsou případové studie reprezentující praktické zavádění smart grids a modernizaci veřejného osvětlení v České republice. V závěru přináší zhodnocení výstupů provedené analýzy z pohledu ekonomicko-společenských přínosů a návrh možných opatření.
Diploma thesis Application of the Smart City concept in the Czech Republic is mapping the current state of implementation of the Smart City concept in the Czech Republic with a focus on the energy sector, especially at the level of smart grids installations. One of the sub-areas is the modernization of public lighting covered by this work. First, it defines the theoretical framework, explains the concept and dimensions of Smart City in relation to regional policy and urban planning, and gives examples of implementation and experience from abroad. It analyzes whether regional capitals in the Czech Republic have developed strategic development plans for implementing smart concept for energy technology, and what energy efficiency projects are already being implemented. It evaluates the funding possibilities from the perspective of municipalities and identifies what are the barriers and security risks in implementing smart technologies. It presents use cases within realized implementation of smart grids solution and public lighting modernization in the Czech Republic and concludes with an evaluation of the results of the analysis carried out from the perspective of economic-social benefits and proposal of possible measures.
