Abstract
Cílem teto bakalarske prace je overení myslenky a podnikatelskeho planu pro start-up s nazvem Vasebalíky.cz. Podnikatelsky zamer se zameruje na vytvorení platformy a služby pro posílaní balíku s využitím sdílene ekonomiky. První cast je venovana tvorbe samotneho podnikatelskeho planu, jeho naležitostí a struktury s použitím podnikatelskeho modelu Lean Canvas. V prakticke casti jsou získane poznatky aplikovany na podnikatelsky model, prihlaseny do start-upove souteže Technicke univerzity Liberec, s durazem na overení modelu a samotne myslenky. V zaverecne casti je take rozepsana analyza trhu, analyza zakazníku s dotazníkovym resením nalezeneho problemu a analyza konkurence. Na úplnem zaveru je k nalezení prístup a hodnocení projektu zkusenymi investory z daneho oboru.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to attest a business plan for start-up named Vasebalíky.cz. This business plan is focused to make a platform for sending packages and using shared economy. The first part contains all information required to make a business plan, such as its elements and structure, using Lean Canvas. This information obtained for the first part are used to make a business plan to start up Vasebalíky.cz. It was registered to start up competition organized by Technical University of Liberec. Furthermore the practical part deals with market analysis, competition analysis, and customer analysis using customer survey to specify their real needs. In the final part, experienced investors are approached for their opinions on a given technological field which they are being evaluated.
