dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je připravenost českých firem na implementaci konceptu Průmysl 4.0. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit situaci v České republice, identifikovat nedostatečně rozvinutá místa podniků a představit potenciální návrhy. Práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vysvětluje principy, na kterých je postaven koncept Průmysl 4.0. Postupným osvojením si jednotlivých prvků vede k vybudování inteligentní továrny, která pracuje s moderními technologiemi, a eliminuje vliv lidského faktoru ve výrobním procesu. Praktická část analyzuje poměry v České republice a orientuje se na vyhodnocení efektivnosti zkoumaných oblastí pomocí metody datových obalů. Jako indikátory pro vyhodnocení výkonnosti jednotlivých oblastí byly využité subindexy indexu digitální ekonomiky a společnosti a subindex indexu globální konkurenceschopnosti. Výsledkem práce bylo určení málo výkonné sféry, kterou je nutné rozvíjet pro potřeby hlubší digitalizace. Závěr práce obsahuje další možné návrhy na zlepšení celého procesu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of the diploma thesis is the readiness of Czech companies to implement the concept of Industry 4.0. The main goal is to evaluate the situation in Czech Republic, to identify insufficiently developed places of business and to present potential proposals. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the principles on which the concept of Industry 4.0 is based. Gradual acquisition of individual elements leads to the construction of an intelligent factory that works with modern technologies and eliminates the influence of the human factor in the production process. The practical part analyzes the conditions in Czech Republic and focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of the researched areas using the method of data packaging. Indicators for evaluating the performance of individual areas were used by the sub-indices of digital economy and society index and the sub-index of the global competitiveness index. The result of the work was the identification of a low-performing sphere, which is necessary to develop for the needs of deeper digitization. The conclusion of the thesis contains other possible suggestions for improving the whole process.	en
