Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem komerčních materiálů pro použití v oblastech výroby tzv. první vrstvy pro sportovní oblečení. Cílem je zhodnotit vhodnost těchto materiálů pro komerční využití jako první vrstvy sportovního oděvu.Teoretická rešeršní část práce je množinou informací týkajících se základní charakteristiky a vlastností plošných textilií pletenin, zahrnuje problematiku vrstvení funkčních oděvů a mikroklimatu, vliv jednotlivých vrstev na transport tepla a vlhkosti. Jsou vytipovány i nejpoužívanější textilie pro zhotovování první vrstvy. Dále jsou uvedeni přední výrobci těchto textilií s charakteristickými vlákny i produkty funkčního oblečení z tuzemska i zahraničí. Práce obsahuje problematiku týkající se komfortu při nošení funkčních textilií a pro celistvost tématu jsou doplněny konvenční, vysoce funkční a smart textilie. Experimentální část obsahuje rozbor zkoumaných pletenin a zkoušky na nich prováděných. Pleteniny byly vystaveny zkoušce sklonu plošných textilií k rozvláknění a ke žmolkování povrchu na přístroji Martindale, měření pH, zkoušce stálobarevnosti v domácím praní za působení detergentu, sráživosti - změny rozměrů po praní a sušení a nakonec zkoušce stálobarevnosti za působení kyselých a alkalických potů v zastoupení České státní normy i přístroje Morapex typu S.V dílčích závěrech u každého experimentu je zavedena diskuze výsledků. V závěru jsou shrnuty a diskutovány výsledky celé práce a případné doporučené inovace.
This thesis deals with the research of commercial materials for use in the production of the first layer for sportswear. The objective is to assess the suitability of these materials for commercial use as first layer sports clothing.Theoretical research part sets information concerning the basic characteristics and properties of fabrics knits, includes issues of layering clothing and functional impact of individual layers on heat and moisture transport. There are also widely used identification of fabric for making the first layer. Next there is descriptions of the leading manufacturers of these fabrics with distinctive products outerwear. Thesis also includes issues concerning comfort while wearing functional textiles. For integrity of topic there are complemented by conventional, highly functional and smart textiles.The experimental part contains analysis examined knits and tests carried out on them. Knitted fabrics has been tested to propensity to fuzzing and to pilling surface on pillingtester Martindale unit, pH, test for color fastness in domestic laundry detergent, shrinkage - dimensional changes after washing and drying and finaly it has been tested for color fastness to acid and alkaline perspiration on behalf of the Czech national standard and also with device Morapex type S.In partial conclusion of each experiment is introduced discussion of the results. In the end of the thesis are summarized and discussed the results of the entire experiments and any recommendations for innovation.
