dc.description.abstractThis thesis is about a company with foreign holding, the correct way of choosing marketing tools and it is also a basic description of the concept of a passive house. A procedure for investors entering a new market is defined from all possible points of view. Starting with a procedure with simple, undemanding requirements, ending with a complex procedure with many challenging aspects regarding the foreing investment . The thesis also deals with different types of marketing communication and defines how to choose the best type. It also analyzes the current state of the company Saint-Gobain Construction Products a.s., Isover division - its organization structure, activities of their departments, especially Marketing departments.. Important part of the thesis focuses on the project of a passive house. This project was presented by the company together with a team of architects. The term "passive house" is explained along with its energy efficiency and reduced ecological footprint properties. The goal of the practical part of the thesis is to analyze the passive house project presented by Isover and also to suggest a cooperation option with another subject and describe the possible future progress of this cooperation.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o společnosti se zahraniční účastí, vhodné volbě marketingových nástrojů a úvodu do problematiky konceptu pasivního domu. Vstup zahraničního investora na nový trh je definován ze všech hledisek, tj. od vstupu nenáročného na zahraniční investice až po investičně náročný vstup. Pozornost je také věnována marketingové komunikaci, jejím druhům a volbě té nejvhodnější. V práci je analyzován a hodnocen současný stav společnosti Saint-Gobain Construction Products a.s., Divize Isover, její organizační uspořádání, činnosti různých oddělení a především úseku marketingu. Důležitou součástí textu je oblast věnovaná projektu pasivního domu, který společnost představila společně s architekty. V souvislosti s tím je vysvětlen pojem pasivní dům, jeho energetické a ekologické výhody či nevýhody zejména v počátečních investicích. Cílem praktické části je analyzovat projekt pasivního domu od společnosti Isover, navrhnout firmě možnost spolupráce s dalším subjektem a popsat budoucí vývoj této spolupráce.cs
