Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na syndrom pomocníka, především na jeho popis, příčiny vzniku, projevy syndromu a jeho prevenci. Teoretická část obsahuje základní terminologii související s pomáhající profesí a syndromem pomocníka. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výskyt rizikových indikátorů u pomáhajících v přímé péči. Průzkum byl prováděn pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.
The bachelor thesis focuses on helper syndrome primarily it's description, causes, speeches of the syndrome and it's prevention. The theoretical part contains basic terminology related to helping profession and helper syndrome. The practical part focues on occurrence of risk indicators for assistants in direct care. The survey was conducted through a semi-structured interwiew.
