Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje skupině, její tvorbě a problémům, spolupráci a důvěře které jsou hlavním faktorem pro tvorbu konkrétního společenství. Teoretická část popisuje, co je to vlastně společenství, skupina, jak se tvoří a formuje, nebo co je to hra a jakou hraje roli v tomto procesu. Praktická část se věnuje realizaci procesu vytvoření konkrétního společenství, třídy 1.A, za pomoci dlouhodobého adaptačního programu.
The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the group, its creation and problems, cooperation and trust, which are the main factors for the creation of a specific community. The theoretical part describes what a community is, a group, how it is formed and formed, or what a game is and what role it plays in this process. The practical part is devoted to the implementation of the process of creating a concrete community, class 1.A, with the help of a long-term adaptation program.
