Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je revitalizace oblasti v sousedství vlakového nádraží Warszawa Wschodnia ve městské části Praga -Poludnie. Oblast zahrnuje památkově chráněnou budovu bývalé továrny, která se má proměnit v komunitní centrum pro obyvatele městské části. Budova bude obsahovat veškerou vybavenost, která dovolí zprostředkovávat výstavy, workshopy, kulturní akce, městské schůzky a další aktivity, které jsou spojené s moderním městským životem. Zároveň pečlivá rekonstrukce budovy hraje velkou roli v zachováni historické dědičnosti městské části Praga -Poludnie. Na zbytku revitalizované oblasti proběhne výstavba moderních studentských kolejí a bytových jednotek založených na principu co-housingu. Nové vznikající budovy musí obsahovat prostory pro zabezpečeni základní občanské vybavenosti - maloobchody, služby, stravovací a rekreační zařízeni. Interakce komunitního centra a moderního ,zejména studentského bydlení, na základě historické zástavby výrazně prospěje ke kulturnímu a ekonomickému a rozvoji městské části Praga -Poludnie a celého města Warszawa.
The aim of the diploma thesis is the revitalization of the area in the vicinity of the railway station Warszawa Wschodnia in the city district Praga -Poludnie. The area includes a listed building of the former factory, which is to be transformed into a community center for residents of the city district. The building will contain all the facilities that will allow to mediate exhibitions, workshops, cultural events, city meetings and other activities that are associated with modern city life. At the same time, the careful reconstruction of the building plays a major role in preserving the historical heritage of the Praga-Poludnie district. On the rest of the revitalized area, the construction of modern student dormitories and housing units based on the principle of co-housing will take place. New emerging buildings must contain premises for the provision of basic civic amenities - retail, services, catering and recreational facilities. The interaction of the community center and modern, especially student housing, on the basis of historical development will significantly contribute to the cultural and economic and development of the city district Praga -Poludnie and the whole city of Warsaw.
