Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje fenoménu amerického konspiračního hnutí QAnon. QAnon
ovšem není pouhou konspirační teorií. Je superkonspirací, náboženským hnutím založeném na křesťanské identitě, politickým hnutím a také bezpečnostní hrozbou. Tvrdím, že hnutí QAnon vyrůstá z historických kořenů tradiční americké identity, a to zejména z paranoidního stylu myšlení v americké politice a z křesťanské, protestantské identity. Práce mapuje historické kořeny, z nichž hnutí vyrostlo, a
posléze se věnuje samotnému hnutí - jeho vzniku, vývoji a usazení v mainstreamu americké společnosti. Značná část textu je věnována souvislostem mezi působením hnutí QAnon a útokem davu příznivců exprezidenta Trumpa na budovu Kapitolu 6. ledna 2021. Jelikož je hnutí QAnon fenoménem, který zasahuje do mnoha oblastí společnosti, vycházím při jeho studiu též z interdisciplinárního přístupu a využívám rozmanité perspektivy: historickou, sociologickou, psychologickou, religionistickou i politologickou.
This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the phenomenon of the American conspiracy movement QAnon. However, QAnon is not just a conspiracy theory. It is a super-conspiracy, a religious movement based on a Christian identity, a political movement and also a security threat. I argue that the QAnon movement grows out of the historical roots of traditional American identity, particularly the paranoid style of thinking in American politics and the Christian Protestant identity. The work maps the historical roots from which the movement grew and then deals with the movement itself - its origin, development and establishment in the mainstream of American society. A significant part of the text is devoted to the connections between the activities of the QAnon movement and the attack by a crowd of supporters of ex-president Trump on the Capitol building on January 6, 2021. Since the QAnon movement is a phenomenon that affects many areas of society, I also use an interdisciplinary approach to study it and use multiple perspectives: historical, sociological, psychological, religious and political.
