Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zhodnocení pracovní pozice vedoucí nákupu a skladů v podniku Sauer Žandov, a. s. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit pracovní výkonnost vedoucí nákupu a skladů pomocí definování hlavních činností, klíčových kompetencí a zpracování snímku pracovního dne a navrhnout doporučení ke zvýšení výkonnosti. První část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na teoretický úvod do problematiky vedení nákupu a skladů. Jsou zde definovány hlavní činnosti a kompetence vedoucí nákupu a skladů podle a dále hodnocení pracovní výkonnosti pomocí snímku pracovního dne. Nedílnou součástí pracovní výkonnosti je i hledání možností, jak tuto výkonnost zvýšit, proto se dále práce zaměřuje na možnosti motivace zaměstnanců. Druhá část bakalářské práce se zabývá představením podniku a jsou zde identifikovány klíčové kompetence a činnosti vedoucí nákupu a skladů. Ke zhodnocení pracovní výkonnosti vedoucí nákupu a skladů slouží snímek pracovního dne. Získané údaje ze snímkování jsou zhodnoceny pomocí metody ABC a Paretovy analýzy a jsou porovnány s definovanými činnostmi. V závěru práce jsou navržena možná opatření pro zvýšení pracovní výkonnosti vedoucí nákupu a skladů.
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the work performance of the Purchase and Warehouse Manager by defining the main activities, key competencies and processing the snapshot of the working day and to propose recommendations to improve performance. The first part of the thesis focuses on a theoretical introduction to the issue of Purchase and Warehouse Management. It defines the main activities and competencies of the Purchase and Warehouse Manager by and further evaluation of the work performance by snapshot of the working day. An integral part of the work performance is also searching for possibilities to increase this performance, therefore the thesis focuses on possibilities of employee motivation. The second part of the thesis deals with the introduction of the company and it identifies the key competencies and activities of the Purchase and Warehouse Manager. The snapshot of the working day is used to evaluate the work performance of the Purchase and Warehouse Manager. The obtained data from the snapshot are evaluated using the ABC method and Pareto analysis and are compared with defined activities. At the end of the thesis, possible measures to increase the work performance of the head of purchasing and warehouses are proposed.
