Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjištění vlivu hospodářských cyklů na vybraný výrobní podnik. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem hospodářského cyklu a jeho jednotlivých fází. Následuje časové rozdělení hospodářských cyklů a věnuje se faktorům, které způsobují a ovlivňují cykly, a nakonec jsou hospodářské cykly popsány z pohledu různých teoretických přístupů.
Praktická část se zabývá analýzou české ekonomiky mezi lety 2008 a 2023 na základě růžných makroekonomických ukazatelů. Dále se také věnuje popisu strojírenského podniku AXIS a.s. sídlícího v Hradci Králové a analýze vlivu hospodářských cyklů na tento podnik. Ke zjištění a posouzení vlivu je použito korelační a následně regresní analýzy. Analyzuje se vztah mezi vývojem hrubého domácího produktu České republiky a tržbami podniku, vztah mezi kurzem CZK/EUR a tržbami, vztah mezi kurzem CZK/EUR a podílem exportu na celkových tržbách a vztah mezi průměrnou roční mírou nezaměstnanosti a počtem zaměstnanců.
Práce se dále zabývá zodpovězením výzkumných otázek a doporučením pro podnik na základě provedených analýz.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the impact of business cycles on a selected manufacturing company. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the business cycle and its individual phases. It then categorizes economic cycles according to their duration, examines the factors that cause and influence them, and presents different theoretical perspectives on their development. The practical part analyses the Czech economy between 2008 and 2023 using selected macroeconomic indicators. It also introduces the engineering company AXIS a.s., based in Hradec Králové, and examines the influence of business cycles on its performance. Correlation and regression analyses are applied to assess the impact. Specifically, the thesis investigates the relationship between the Czech Republic's gross domestic product and the company's sales, the relationship between the EUR/CZK exchange rate and sales, the link between the exchange rate and the share of exports in total sales, and the relationship between the average annual unemployment rate and the number of employees. The thesis also addresses key research questions and formulates practical recommendations for the company based on the results of the analyses.
