Abstract
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice šikany na pracovišti v pomáhajících profesích, a to zejména u nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách pracujících v Praze a v Libereckém kraji. Cílem práce je tedy pomocí standardizované metody dotazníkového šetření ověřit znalosti a zkušenosti se šikanou na pracovišti u těchto pracovníků. Bakalářská práce má dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se dané problematiky, popsání jejich projevů, charakteristiku agresora a oběti a nastiňuje možnou prevenci a obranu proti šikaně na pracovišti. Empirická část je zaměřena na ověření znalostí a zkušeností se šikanou u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Součástí empirické části je samotný výzkum zaměřený na problematiku, kterou se tato práce zabývá, interpretace a analýza dat a v závěru této části jsou autorkou práce navrhovaná doporučení a opatření k dané problematice.
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of workplace bullying in the helping professions, especially of non-medical healthcare workers and social service workers in Prague and the Liberec Region. The aim of the paper is to examine the knowledge and experience with bullying at the workplace of such workers, using the standardized methods of questionnaire survey. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is focused on defining basic concepts of the issue of bullying, describes its manifestation, characterizes the profile of the aggressor and the victim as well as foreshadows a possible prevention and means of defense against bullying. The empirical part covers the verification of knowledge and experience with workplace bullying in helping professions. It includes a research focused on the issues that this work deals with, interpretation and analysis of data and in the conclusion of this part, the author proposes possible recommendations and measures on resolving the issue.
