dc.description.abstractThe aim of my diploma thesis is to improve the quality of a corporate planning in a company HYDRA a.s. , which produces and sales consumer capacitors. This aim will be reached with the aid of analysis of plans and utilization of the controlling instruments. The content of the work is divided into 2 comprehensive parts - theoretical and practical - that correspond with each other. In the first part the mening of the controllership is defined, there is a possible organizational position in an enterprise, a description of the instruments of a strategical and operational controllership that are used in planning processes and there is also a theoretical characterization of the whole cycle of the monitoring of particular plans including the final report activity. The theoretical part is followed by the practical one. At the beginning of the practical part the company HYDRA a. s. is introduced together with its financial plan. The material and sales plans, which are contained in the financial plan, are analyzed in more details. Furthermore controlling instruments used in planning in HYDRA a. s. are characterized and are suggested new controlling instruments that would make the current forming of plans better and would stop the occurrence of variations. All is completed by a report activity by the aid of which the company HYDRA a. s. notifies the internal informatic to intradepartmental employees as well as to external users.en
dc.description.abstractCílem mé diplomové práce je analyzování plánů a využití controllingových nástrojů, jejichž úkolem je zkvalitnit podnikové plánování ve společnosti HYDRA a. s. zabývající se výrobou kondenzátorů. Obsahově je práce rozdělena na dvě ucelené části, teoretickou část a praktickou část, které spolu navzájem korespondují. V teoretické části je definován význam controllingu, jeho možné organizační začlenění v podniku, popsány nástroje strategického a operativního controllingu, jež jsou při plánovacích procesech využívány, a teoreticky charakterizován celý koloběh kontroly jednotlivých plánů včetně konečné reportingové činnosti. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost HYDRA a. s. a její finanční plán. Podrobné analýze jsou z finančního plánu podrobeny plány materiálový a prodejní. Dále jsou v práci charakterizovány controllingové nástroje využívané při plánování v podniku HYDRA a. s. a doporučeny nové controllingové nástroje, které by zkvalitnily stávající tvorbu plánů a zamezily tak vzniku odchylek. Vše je zakončeno reportingovou činností, pomocí které podnik HYDRA a. s. sděluje interní informace vnitropodnikovým pracovníkům i externím uživatelům.cs
