Abstract
Bakalářská práce měla za úkol zanalyzovat jednotlivé druhy a formy sociálních služeb, jejich poskytování, financování se zaměřením za region Mělník. Zjištěné skutečnosti byly porovnány se stávajícím komunitním plánem zmiňovaného regionu. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se snažila přiblížit sociální služby dle zákona č. 108/2006 Sb. v platném znění, v praktické části byl zhodnocen průzkum poskytovatelů a anketa s uživateli sociálních služeb regionu Mělník se zaměřením na jednotlivé cílové skupiny. Současně byla ověřena platnost daných předpokladů. Výstupem a doporučením pro praxi bylo zpracování průzkumu uživatelů sociálních služeb a následně rozšíření komunitního plánu o nové potřebné služby - například telefonická krizová pomoc, služba ranné péče, rodinná poradna a vytvořením aktualizovaného katalogu sociálních sluţeb.
Bachelor's thesis was tasked to analyze the various types and forms of social services, their provision and funding for the region of Melnik. The facts established were compared with the existing community plan of the mentioned region. The work was divided into two sections. The theoretical part was trying to bring social services in accordance with Act No. 108/2006 Coll., as amended, in the practical part there was evaluated the research of providers and survey with users of social services Melnik region, focusing on individual target groups. It was also verified the validity of the assumptions. The outcome and recommendations for practice, it has been working the research of social services users and subsequently the community plan has been extended for needed services - such as Crisis telephone help, wound care servis, family counseling and creating an updated catalog of social services.
