dc.description.abstractThe bachelor essay was addressing the issue of compulsive gambling and resulting from dramatically increasing problems with gambling, with negative influence on family and the whole society. The aim of the study was to map and phase of the new addiction not only from available literature but mainly on the basis of experience and contribution from own research. The theoretical part of the study, on the basis of professional source processes and presentation, described and enlightened feelings and attitude of compulsive gamblers. Used phrases and definitions related to the compulsive gambling problem were described there (as addictive behaviour, addiction, gambling, absence, non-resident treatment, resident treatment, relapse). The practical part pointed out the necessity of understanding and awareness of the problem with addiction, stimulation of motivation and defensive abilities leading to coping with the treatment and investigated, with the help of the questionnaire, the impact of addiction on the most important parts of human life (the physical, psychological health, human relations, work area, legal matters, finance and standard of living). The questionnaire itself investigated the reasons of relapses after resident treatment completion. The results of the investigation showed and confirmed the seriousness of the problem and the need of the resident treatment (combined with the non-resident treatment) even repetitive, without which the success of the treatment is completely eliminated. The results of the study demonstrate the need of legislative changes in the given area, leading to the significant restriction of betting and gambling.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou patologického hráčství a vycházela z dramaticky přibývajících problémů s hazardní hrou, s negativním dopadem na rodinu i celou společnost. Cílem práce bylo zmapování a rozfázování nové závislosti, nejen z dostupné literatury, ale hlavně na základě poznatků a výstupů z vlastního výzkumu. Teoretická část práce, na základě zpracování a presentace z odborných zdrojů, popisovala a objasňovala pocity a postoje patologických hráčů. Byly v ní vymezeny a popsány používané pojmy a definice související s problémem patologického hráčství (návykové chování, závislost, gambling, abstinence, léčba ambulantní, ústavní, recidiva- relaps). Praktická část poukazovala na nutnost pochopení a uvědomění si problému závislosti, posilování motivace a obranných schopností vedoucích k zvládnutí léčby a zjišťovala pomocí dotazníku, dopad závislosti na nejdůležitější oblasti lidského života (zdraví tělesné, duševní, mezilidské vztahy, pracovní oblast, právní záležitosti, finance a životní úroveň). Samostatným dotazníkem byly zkoumány důvody recidivy po ukončení ústavní léčby. Výsledky šetření potvrzovaly závažnost problému a nutnost ústavní léčby (v kombinaci s léčbou ambulantní ) a to i opakovanou, bez které se její úspěšnost zcela vylučuje. Výsledky práce ukazují na potřebu legislativních změn v dané oblasti, vedoucích k výraznému omezení dostupnosti sázení a hraní.cs
