dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá založením podniku stravovacích služeb. Cílem práce je představení podnikatelského záměru kavárny CaféAvion, s.r.o. Nejprve je teoreticky popsána daná oblast podnikání, podnikatelský plán a vybrané analýzy prostředí. Dále je v praktické části na základě teoretických poznatků popsán podnikatelský záměr, spolupráce s dalším podnikem, analýza prostředí podniku a finanční plán. Na základě výstupů z finanční části je v závěru práce zhodnocena efektivnost podnikání a zodpovězena výzkumná otázka.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis focuses on the establishment of a food service business. The aim of the thesis is to present the business plan of CaféAvion, Ltd. In the first part, the theoretical description of the business area, the business plan and selected environmental analysis are presented. In the practical part of this thesis, based on the theoretical knowledge, the business plan, the cooperation with another company, the environmental analysis of the business and the financial plan are described. Based on the output of the financial part, the thesis concludes by evaluating the effectiveness of the business and answering the research question.en
