Abstract
Subject of this diploma work is research of possible use of mikrospectofotometry in forensic analysis and for identification of fibres. In the first part of the diploma work there are information about existing and experience of criminology, describe a acceptation word inkling and microinkling and introduce with methods used in field of criminologist. More describe with individual parts of microscope and describe individual display methods, which were use in experimentation. Finally theoretic parts of diploma, there is describe actual condition in field of micospectrofotometry. In the experimental part, there is projected and realized an experiment, which evalute use microspectrophotometry of identificatoin of fibers5
Předmětem diplomové práce je studium možného využit mikrospektrofotometrie ve forenzní analýze při identifikaci vláken. První část seznamuje s vědním oborem zvaným kriminalistika, seznamuje s jednotlivými částmi mikroskopu a popisuje jednotlivé zobrazovací metody, které byly v experimentu použity. V závěru je popsán současný stav v oblasti mikrospektrofotometrie. V experimentální části je navržen a realizován experiment, který posuzuje možné využití mikrospektrofotometrie při identifikaci vláken. V závěru práce jsou diskutovány výsledky experimentu a reálnost využití navržené emtodiky při identifikaci vláken.
