Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelného rozvoje ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit dosavadní koncept udržitelnosti vybrané firmy a navrhnout opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Práce začíná teoretickým přehledem pojmu udržitelného rozvoje a jeho významu v podnikatelském prostředí. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza současného stavu vybraného výrobního podniku v oblasti udržitelnosti. Jsou zde zahrnuty aspekty environmentální, sociální a ekonomické udržitelnosti. Na základě této analýzy jsou identifikovány klíčové oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba zlepšení. Na základě zjištění jsou vytvořena konkrétní doporučení a opatření pro implementaci udržitelných postupů a praktik ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Tato doporučení jsou formulována s ohledem na specifika podniku a jeho cíle v oblasti udržitelného rozvoje. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta hlavní zjištění a doporučení a diskutována jejich možná implementace a dopady na podnikovou praxi. Tato práce přináší přínos nejen pro zkoumaný výrobní podnik, ale také pro obecné povědomí a významu udržitelného rozvoje v podnikatelském prostředí.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of sustainable development in a selected manufacturing company. The aim is to analyse the current state of the company in the field of sustainability and to propose specific recommendations and measures for improvement. The thesis starts with a theoretical overview of the concept of sustainable development and its importance in the business environment. In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the selected manufacturing enterprise in the field of sustainability is carried out. Environmental, social and economic aspects of sustainability are included. Based on this analysis, key areas for improvement are identified. Based on the findings, specific recommendations and measures are made for the implementation of sustainable practices and procedures in the selected manufacturing company. These recommendations are formulated taking into account the specificities of the enterprise and its sustainability objectives. The paper concludes with a summary of the main findings and recommendations and a discussion of their possible implementation and implications for company practice. This thesis contributes not only to the manufacturing enterprise under study, but also to the general awareness and importance of sustainable development in the business environment.
