Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření obce Podůlší, a to zejména v letech 2018-2022. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se územních rozpočtů, hospodaření obcí a veřejné správy v České republice. Praktická část práce analyzuje reálná data o obci Podůlší. Jsou zkoumány informace týkající se majetku, obyvatelstva, finančních zdrojů, příjmů a výdajů. Hlavním zdrojem informací jsou schválené rozpočty obce, závěrečné účty a další dokumenty dostupné na webových stránkách obce a dobrovolného svazku obcí Brada.
The bachelor thesis deals with the management of the municipality of Podůlší, especially in the years 2018-2022. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to territorial budgets, municipal management and public administration in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis analyses real data on the municipality of Podůlší. Information concerning property, population, financial resources, income and expenditure is examined. The main source of information is the approved budgets of the municipality, final accounts and other documents available on the website of the municipality and the voluntary association of municipalities Brada.
