Abstract
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá odolnost vybraných textilií proti dynamickému prořezu. Cílem práce bylo provést měření jednotlivých vzorků na přístroji pro zjišťování odolnosti textilií proti prořezání padajícím ostřím. Případně provést hodnocení základních mechanicko-fyzikálních vlastností. V teoretické části jsou definovány bariérové textilie, rozdělení typu bariér a oblasti jejich využití. Dále jsou řešeny pouze mechanicky odolné textilie, především proti prořezu. Typy vláken používaných pro tyto materiály, textilní zpracování a možnosti testování mechanicky odolných textilií. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny výsledky odolnosti vůči dynamickému prořezu a ostatních hodnocených charakteristik u jednotlivých vrstev s vyšší mechanickou odolností. Dále jsou uvedeny výsledky dynamického prořezu u navržených kompozitních materiálů. V diskuzi jsou rozebrány možnosti upravení stávajícího měřícího zařízení pro zjišťování odolnosti textilií proti prořezání padajícím ostřím a úpravy postupu měření.
This diploma work examines the resistance of chosen fabrics against dynamic slit. The aim of the work was to carry out measurements of each sample fabric using a device inquiring the fabric resistance against slitting by a falling blade. Or, to carry out an evaluation of basic mechanical-physical properties. In the theoretical part the work defines barrier fabrics, the types of barriers and fields of their application. Next to be dealt with are the mechanically-resistant fabrics, preferably against slitting. The fiber types used for such materials, their treatment and inquiring possibilities of the given mechanically-resistance fabrics. The experimental part states the results of measurements of fabric resistance against dynamic slitting, and of other inquired characteristics of separate layers with higher mechanical resistance. Further more there are stated the results of dynamic slitting process in some designed composite materials. The discussion brings up some possibilities of adjustment of an existing measuring device inquiring the fabric resistance against slitting by a falling blade and some methods adaptation.
