dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sociální práci v oblasti duševního zdraví a nemoci. Jejím cílem je popsat roli sociální práce a sociálního pracovníka ve vztahu k duševnímu zdraví a nemoci. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána problematika práce s lidmi s duševním onemocněním a také další oblasti, které se k tomuto tématu vztahují. Průzkumná část bakalářské práce obsahuje případovou studii, která popisuje postoje ke službě, metody a techniky práce sociálního pracovníka ve vybrané organizaci pro lidi s duševním onemocněním Fokus Liberec o.p.s. Průzkumem bylo zjištěno, jaké činnosti vykonávají sociální pracovníci, s jakou klientelou se setkávají, jaká jsou specifika sociální práce v oblasti duševního zdraví a nemoci a také jaká je osobnost sociálního pracovníka. Za nejdůležitější sami respondenti označili podporu a pomoc při zvládání každodenních činností a také respektování individuality klienta. Dalším hlavním zjištěním bylo, že sociální práce v oblasti duševního zdraví a nemoci má velký přesah do zdravotnictví a klade se zde důraz na znalost psychiatrického minima.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis focuses on social work in the field of mental health and illness. It aims to describe the role of social work and the social worker in relation to mental health and illness. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the issues related to working with people with mental illness as well as other areas related to this topic. The exploratory part of the bachelor thesis contains a case study that describes the attitudes towards service, methods and techniques of a social worker in a selected organisation for people with mental illness Fokus Liberec o.p.s. The research identified the activities performed by social workers, the clientele they encounter, the specifics of social work in the field of mental health and illness, and the personality of the social worker. The respondents themselves identified support and assistance in coping with daily activities as the most important, as well as respect for the individuality of the client. Another main finding was that social work in the field of mental health and illness has a large overlap with the health care sector and emphasizes knowledge of psychiatric minimums.	en
