Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a antropologickým zdůvodněním ritualizace přípravy a konzumace pokrmů. Práce porovnává různé pohledy na rituální hostinu či rituální půst a příklady dokumentuje na náboženských předpisech. Podstatná část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na košer předpisy a vysvětluje jejich příčiny, postupy a sociální aspekty. V závěru jsou stručně uvedeny příklady rituálního kanibalismu.
This bachelor thesis deals with description and anthropological meaning of ritualization of food preparation and consumption. The paper compares various views of ritual feast or ritual fast and the examples are documented on religious obligations. The significant part of the thesis concerns with kosher rules and explains their reasons, procedures and social aspects. There are briefly introduced instances of ritual cannibalism in the conclusion.
