Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací administrativního procesu spojeného s dopravní nehodou s využitím crash-terminálu a informačního systému Evdon. Teoretická část práce popisuje legislativní rámec dopravní nehody, dále je pak zaměřena na popis variantních procesů administrace nehod v ČR, odhad jejich časové náročnosti a vyčíslení nákladů na celý proces administrace. v teoretické části práce jsou také zmíněny příklady administrace dopravních nehod ve vybraných státech. V praktické části práce je nejprve popsán princip funkce crash-terminálu a IS Evdon, poté jsou navrhována opatření na časovou a finanční optimalizaci celého procesu administrace dopravní nehody s využitím popsané technologie a informačního systému. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty a vyhodnoceny přínosy využití navrhované optimalizace.
Diploma thesis deals with optimizing the administrative process related to traffic accidents using crash-terminal and information system Evdon. The theoretical part describes the legislative framework of traffic accidents, it also describes all variations of this administration processes in the Czech Republic and estimates the time and costings for the entire administration process. The theoretical part also mentioned examples of administration of car accidents in selected countries. The practical part at first describes the principle function of crash-terminal and IS Evdon, then there is draft for time and financial optimization of the entire process of administration of traffic accidents using the described technology and information system. In conclusion there are summarized and evaluated the benefits of the use of the drafted optimization.
