Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá zásobami, způsoby jejich řízení a možnostmi uskladnění zásob. Rešeršní část poskytuje znalostní úvod do problematiky zásob a metod hodnocení investic. Analytická část je věnována analýze současné situace ve vybraném podniku a výpočtu nákladově optimálního množství zásob s důrazem na stanovení minimální výše pojistné zásoby za použití metody ABC a modelu EOQ. Na základě zjištěných hodnot jsou navržena tři řešení nedostatečné skladové kapacity v podobě vyskládání zboží na zem a dvou variant pořízení nového regálu, která jsou pak vzájemně porovnána z hlediska praktičnosti použití, nákladů na pořízení a také z hlediska bezpečnosti práce. Vlastním přínosem diplomové práce je navržení opatření danému podniku včetně jejich ekonomického zhodnocení.
The diploma thesis deals with supplies, ways of their management and possibilities of stock storage. The research part provides a knowledge introduction to stock issues and investment assessment methods. The analytic part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation in the chosen company and to the calculation of the optimum cost-effective inventory with the emphasis on establishing the minimum amount of the insurance stock using the ABC method and the EOQ model. On the basis of the established values, three solutions of insufficient storage capacity are proposed, such as landing on the ground and two variants of the new shelf purchase, which are then compared with respect to the practicality of use, acquisition costs and work safety. The own benefit of the diploma thesis is the proposing of measures to the given enterprise, including their economic appreciation.
