dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje pedagogické inkluzi s akcentem na připravenost škol hlavního vzdělávacího proudu na tento proces. Cílem je analyzovat vztah pedagogů těchto škol a rodičů dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami k modernímu směřování edukace škole pro všechny.V teoretické části se snažíme přiblížit současný stav inkluzivního procesu v České republice, popsat faktory, které ho ovlivňují, akcentovat přínosy pro společnost, zároveň však poukázat na překážky, které brání přijetí inkluzivních myšlenek některými pedagogy, rodiči a širší (nejen) odbornou veřejností. Věnujeme se rozboru pojmů integrace a inkluze, jejich etickému, politickému rozměru a legislativnímu vymezení. Snažíme se popsat současný stav inkluzivního procesu v českých školách a stanovit ideální vizi, kam by bylo třeba směřovat energii všech zainteresovaných. V závěru teoretické části se snažíme o komparaci přístupů a podmínek edukace žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami ve školách hlavního vzdělávacího proudu a zařízeních speciálních.Empirická část je věnována výzkumu vztahu učitelů běžných základních škol a rodičů žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami k pedagogické inkluzi s důrazem na financování školství, počty žáků ve třídách, materiální vybavení škol, druh postižení a kvalifikovanost pedagogů. Výzkum je realizován formou dotazníkového šetření. Práce interpretuje výsledky a ověřuje stanovené hypotézy. Na základě výsledků výzkumu pak v závěrečné diskuzi nastiňujeme návrhy možných opatření k dalšímu směřování inkluzivního procesu v naší zemi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with pedagogical inclusion with the emphasis on preparedness of mainstream schools for this process. The aim of the work is to analyze the relationship of teachers and the parents of children with special educational needs to the contemporary educational target - the school for everybody.In the theoretical part we try to outline the current conditions of the process of inclusion in the Czech Republic, to describe the factors that influence it, to accent the benefits for the society and at the same time to point out the obstacles that prevent some teachers, parents and (not only) professional public from accepting the idea of inclusion. We pay attention to the analysis of the terms integration and inclusion, to their ethical and political content as well as their legislative specification. We try to describe the current conditions of the process of inclusion at Czech schools and to set out an ideal vision of aiming the energy of all people involved in this issue. At the end of the theoretical part we try to compare the attitudes and conditions of education of pupils with special educational needs at mainstream schools with those in special institutions.The empiric part deals with the study of the relationship of common elementary school teachers and the parents of pupils with special educational needs to pedagogical inclusion with the emphasis on school financing, the number of pupils in class, the material equipment of schools, the kind of handicap and the qualification of teachers. The study is carried out in the form of a questionnaire. The work interprets the results and verifies the defined hypotheses. In the final discussion, following the results of the study, we outline the proposals of possible steps towards further aiming of the process of inclusion in the Czech Republic.	en
