Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je vypracovat základní plán vzdělávání pro určité pozice, které byly vybrány personálním oddělením SV metal v Divci, a na základě analýzy této problematiky zpracovat plán. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy řízení lidských zdrojů. Vysvětluje, co jsou personální činnosti a přibližuje pojmy, které jsou spojené s tématem vzdělávání dle odborné literatury. Praktická část je zaměřena na společnost SV metal, konkrétně potom na středisko v Divci. Představuje jednotlivé personální činnosti a způsob vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Vše je podloženo šetřením, z kterého byly vytvořeny základní plány vzdělávání. Závěrečná kapitola této práce uvádí návrhy na zlepšení, které mohou napomoci k celkovému zlepšení procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti SV metal.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the field of education and development of employees in a selected company. The aim of this work is to develop a basic training plan for certain positions, which were selected by the personnel department of SV metal in Divec and based on the analysis of this issue to develop a plan. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of human resource management. It explains what personnel activities are and introduces the concepts that are associated with the topic of education according to the literature. The practical part is focused on the company SV metal, specifically on the center in Divec. It presents individual personnel activities and the method of employee training. Everything is based on a survey, from which the basic plans of education were created. The closing chapter of this work presents suggestions for improvement, which can help to improve the overall process of education and development of employees in the company SV metal.
