Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací automatické výrobní linky ze stanic MPS Festo Didactic a vytvořením příslušné dokumentace. Hlavními částmi práce jsou popis hardwarového vybavení
stanic, vytvoření algoritmů pro řízení stanic a jejich propojením pro
účely komunikace. Ovládací algoritmus byl vytvořen pro PLC automaty firmy B&R-Automation ve vývojovém prostředí Automation
studio. Algoritmus představuje provozní cyklus výrobní linky v manuálním a automatickém režimu a jeho součástí je grafické rozhraní
pro ovládání a diagnostiku jednotlivých stanic.
The bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of an automatic production line from MPS Festo Didactic stations and the creation of the relevant documentation. The main parts of the thesis are the description of the hardware equipment of the stations, the creation of algorithms for controlling the stations and their interconnection for communication purposes. The control algorithm was created for PLC automata of the company B&R-Automation in the development environment Automation studio. The algorithm represents the operating cycle of a production line in manual and automatic mode and includes a graphical interface for control and diagnostics of individual stations.
