Abstract
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza požárního sportu v České republice. Součástí práce je přehled disciplín v požárním sportu a popis vývoje požárního sportu v České republice. Stěžejní část práce se věnuje analýze členské základny hasičů, sportovní činnosti, dotační podpoře a propagaci požárního sportu. Následuje SWOT analýza, která poukázala silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Na základě této analýzy byly navrženy konkrétní opatření a návrhy na zlepšení, které by mohly přispět k rozvoji a popularizaci požárního
sportu v České republice. Mezi klíčové návrhy patří revize systému pojištění pro členy hasičských jednotek, zvýšení dotační podpory pro SDH, zajištění členských výhod, zlepšení kvality a počtu sportovišť a posílení propagace hasičských aktivit.
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse fire sports in the Czech Republic. The thesis includes an overview of the disciplines in fire sport and a description of the development of fire of fire sport in the Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of member of the firefighters' membership base, sporting activities, subsidy support and promotion of fire sport. It is followed by a SWOT analysis which pointed out the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Based on this analysis, specific measures were proposed and suggestions for improvement that could contribute to the development and popularisation of fire sport in the Czech Republic. Key proposals include a revision of the insurance system for members of firefighting units, increasing subsidy support for SDH, ensuring membership benefits, improving the quality and number of sports venues and strengthening the promotion of firefighting activities.
