Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postavením controllingu v řízení vybraného podniku. Práce nejprve popisuje teoretické pojetí controllingu a jeho využívání uvnitř podniků. Popisem jednotlivých nástrojů a jejich využívání. V praktické části je popsáno fungování controllingu ve vybraném podniku včetně popisu controllingových činností. Tyto činnosti jsou následně vyhodnoceny a identifikovány slabá místa. Následně jsou popsána navrhovaná opravná opatření pro zlepšení fungování činnosti controllingového oddělení a celé společnosti.
This diploma thesis deals with the position of controlling in management of the selected company. The thesis describes the theoretical concept of controlling and its use within companies. Description of individual tools and their use. The practical part describes the functioning of controlling in the selected company, including a description of controlling activities. These activities are subsequently evaluated, and weak points identified. Finally, the proposed corrective measures to improve the functioning of the controlling department and the entire company are described.
