Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice řízení jakosti ve firmě Killich s.r.o. Firma je vlastníkem certifikátu systému managementu kvality, který je ve shodě s normou ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. V úvodních kapitolách jsou definovány základní pojmy související s koncepcí řízení jakosti, systémy řízení jakosti, certifikace a norma ČSN EN ISO 9001. V dalších kapitolách je představena vybraná společnost včetně jejích silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb souvisejících s recertifikací. Dále je provedena analýza systému managementu jakosti v podniku a prezentovány výsledky ankety zaměřující se na problematiku ISO. V závěru jsou uvedeny projekty zlepšování, které vychází z analýzy výše uvedených oblastí řízení jakosti.
This dissertation is focus on the issue of quality control in the company Killich s.r.o. This company owns a certificate of quality management system, which is in accordance with the standard of CSN EN ISO 9001:2009. The introductory chapters are defined the basic concepts associated with the concept of quality management, quality management systems and standard of CSN EN ISO 9001. In other chapters is introduced selected company including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to recertification. After that there is a further analysis of the quality management system in the enterprise, results of survey focusing on the issue of ISO are presented. In the conclusion there are described so called Improvement projects which are based on the analysis of the above mentioned areas of Quality Management.
