Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika uzavírání smluv podnikateli. V úvodu vymezuje pojem a předmět obchodního práva, mapuje stručně historii obchodního práva v českých zemích a věnuje se také současné právní legislativě. Dále práce charakterizuje pojem smlouvy, její formu, obsah a průběh kontraktačního procesu. V poslední části autor popisuje vybrané smlouvy, se kterými se setkal v rámci jeho profese. Jde o smlouvu o dílo a o smlouvu o skladování a o poskytování dalších logistických služeb.
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of contracts concluded by businessmen. In the introduction, it defines the concept and subject of business law, briefly map the business law history in Czech countries and pursue with current law legislation as well. Further the thesis deals with concept of contract, form, content and the course of the contract process. In the last part, the author describes selected contracts he met within his profession. It's contract for work and a warehousing agreement and the provision of other logistics services.
