Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přímých zahraničních investic a jejich vlivu na regionální rozvoj. V první části práce je nastíněn vývoj přímých zahraničních investic a investičního prostředí v České republice, hospodářský růst a jeho zdroje, mezi které tyto investice patří. Další část práce je věnována charakteristice přímých zahraničních investic, jejich lokalizaci a efektům, které dané investice na rozvoj regionu mají. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou přímých zahraničních investic, jejich rozložením v jednotlivých krajích České republiky a jejich významem pro rozvoj krajů. Pomocí regresní a korelační analýzy byl zhodnocen vývoj přímých zahraničních investic a hrubého domácího produktu, respektive zaměstnanosti, a jejich vzájemná závislost. Poslední část práce se zabývá komparací vybraných investičních projektů a jejich vlivem na trh práce v daném okresu, kde jsou lokalizovány.
This thesis deals with the issue of foreign direct investment and its influence on regional development. The first part of the thesis outlines the development of foreign direct investment and the investment environment in the Czech Republic, as well as the economic growth and its resources, where these investments belong. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of foreign direct investment, their localization and the effects that the investment has on development of the region. The practical part deals with the analysis of foreign direct investments, their distribution in regions of the Czech Republic and their importance for regional development. The regression and correlation analysis is used to analyze the development of foreign direct investment and gross domestic product, respectively employment rate, and their interdependence. The last part of the thesis deals with the comparison of selected investment projects and their impact on the labor market in the district where they are located.
