Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá chráněným a podporovaným bydlením pro osoby s mentálním postižením. Cílem bakalářské práce je přinést poznatky a charakterizovat chráněné a podporované bydlení Handicap centra Srdce, o.p.s. Dále pak zjistit, zda má chráněné bydlení kladný vliv na rozvoj samostatnosti a sebeobsluhy u osob s mentálním postižením.V teoretické části práce je charakterizováno mentální postižení, etiologie, klasifikace a specifika osobnosti s mentální retardací. Další kapitoly práce se zaměřují na zákon o sociálních službách, institucionální sociální péči a nové trendy v péči o mentálně postižené, do které chráněné a podporované bydlení bezesporu patří. Pozornost je věnována zejména kapitolám Chráněné bydlení a Podporované bydlení, v nichž autorka definuje uvedené pojmy, rozdíl mezi těmito službami, legislativní vymezení a činnosti realizované v těchto službách.V empirické části práce jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, které bylo zaměřeno na popis konkrétního způsobu realizace chráněného a podporovaného bydlení v Handicap centru Srdci, o.p.s. a na rozvoj samostatnosti a sebeobsluhy u osob s mentálním postižením. Použitou metodou výzkumné části bakalářské práce bylo dlouhodobé pozorování, dotazování a analýza dokumentů.
The bachelor thesis is focused on the protected and the supported housing for people with mental disabilities. The main aim of this thesis is to characterize Handicap center Srdce, o.p.s.. The thesis also brings knowledges about this type of accomodation and its impact for developing self-care and independence as well.The theoretical part deals with general knowledge of mental disabilities, its specifics and etiology. Other chapters are focused on law about welfare services and institutional welfare care. The protected and the supported housing is definitely connected with new trends in the welfare services. The theoretical part also shows differences between the protected and the supported housing and their legislative matters.The practical part builds on results of the survey in Handicap center Srdce, o.p.s. The long-term observation and interviews were necessary to get facts for analysis. The results from the practical part show us that this type of housing is very suitable for mental affected people. This type of services help people to lead normal and dignified life and develope their ability and skills as well.
