Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření autorské knižní obálky z textilu. Motiv jednoduché žakárské tkaniny je inspirován jak samotným knižním dílem, tak i převládajícím uměleckým hnutím období, ve kterém vzniklo - Arts and Crafts. Kniha použitá pro výsledné dílo je Alenka v říši divů od autora Lewis Carroll.
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create an artistic book cover from textiles. The motif of the simple jacquard woven fabric is inspired both by the book itself as well as by the prevailing artistic movement of the time - Arts and Crafts. The book used for the final piece is Alice´s Adventures in Wonderland by author Lewis Carroll.
