Abstract
Diplomová práce nazvaná Řízení procesů v celní agentuře se zabývá řízením vybraných procesů v podniku. Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy vybraných procesů v celní agentuře identifikovat nedostatky, navrhnout nápravná opatření a provést ekonomické zhodnocení. V rešeršní části jsou popsány procesy, principy, nástroje lean managementu a také základní terminologie celního řízení. V úvodu praktické části je představena vybraná celní agentura a její činnosti. Poté je analyzován současný stav vybraných procesů v podniku se zaměřením na proces vyhotovení vývozního doprovodného dokladu. Identifikované nedostatky jsou analyzovány z hlediska typů plýtvání, ekonomicky zhodnoceny a jsou navržena opatření na jejich odstranění. Poslední část diplomová práce se zabývá praktickou implementací vybraných nástrojů za účelem eliminace zjištěných nedostatků a ekonomickému vyčíslení odhadovaných úspor nákladů.
The diploma thesis entitled Process Management in Customs Agency focuses on managing selected processes in the company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify shortcomings based on the analysis of selected processes in the customs agency, propose corrective measures, and conduct an economic evaluation. The theoretical part describes processes, principles, lean management tools, and basic terminology of customs management. In the practical part introduction, a selected customs agency and its activities are characterized. Then, the current state of selected processes in the company is analyzed, focusing on the process of preparing an export accompanying document. Identified shortcomings are analyzed in terms of types of waste, economically evaluated, and measures are proposed to eliminate them. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the practical implementation of selected tools to eliminate identified shortcomings and economically quantify estimated cost savings.
