dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá nahrazením řetízkového stehu, stehem vázaným při použití vysoko roztažných šicích nití u sportovních dresů. Analýza a testování jsou založené na metodách Grab a Strip dle norem ČSN 800810-1,2 které testují mechanické vlastnosti textilních materiálů. Dále jsou zde testovány i mechanické vlastnost textilních materiálů užíváním. V úvodu je popsána historie sportu a sportovních dresů se zaměřením na dresy fotbalové. Je zde popsána historie, účel, ale i švy, stehy a materiály používající se k výrobě fotbalových dresů. Je nastíněna problematika mechanického namáhání švů a proveden průzkum trhu s vysoko roztažnými nitěmi. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika použitých textilních materiálů, šicích strojů a strojních šicích jehel použitých k samotnému testování. Dále je pozornost věnována samotnému testování pevnosti švů při použití vysoko roztažných šicích nití. Závěrem jsou uvedeny výsledky a zhodnocení samotného testování.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the replacement of chain stitch, stitch tied when using high-stretch sewing threads in sports jerseys. Analysis and testing are based on Grab and Strip methods according to csn 800810-1.2 standards that test the mechanical properties of textile materials. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of textile materials are tested here by use. The introduction describes the history of sports and sports jerseys with a focus on football jerseys. It describes the history, purpose, but also the seams, stitches and materials used to make football jerseys. The issue of mechanical seam stress is outlined and market research with high-stretch threads is carried out. The practical part shows the characteristics of the textile materials used, sewing machines and machine needles used for the testing itself. In addition, attention is paid to the actual testing of the strength of the seams when using high-stretching sewing threads. Finally, the results and evaluation of the testing itself are presented.en
