Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi propojení TUL s praxí. Hlavním cílem bylo umožnit akademikům aplikovat své teoretické znalosti v prostředí firem již během studia. První část práce rozebírá teorii tvorby projektu, která zahrnuje jeho obecnou charakteristiku včetně všech náležitostí. Získané poznatky jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části při realizaci projektového záměru. Praktická část je zaměřena na vytvoření informačního a komunikačního systému formou projektu. Ten má umožnit akademikům absolvovat stáže v organizacích různého zaměření za účelem jejich aktivního osobního rozvoje. Poslední kapitola definuje přidanou hodnotu projektu a jeho přínos pro vzdělanostní společnost a firmy.
Thesis deals with the possibilities of linking TUL with practice. The main aim was to allow academics to apply their theoretical knowledge in the business environment during their studies. The first part discusses the theory of the project, which includes its general characteristics, including all the particulars. The knowledge gained is then applied in the practical realization of the project plan. The practical part is focused on creating information and communication system through the project. It is designed to enable academics to undertake internships in organizations of various branches for their active personal development. The last chapter provides the added value of the project and its benefits for educated society and companies.
