Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou smáčení netkaných textilií, které jsou zhotoveny ze smáčivých a nesmáčivých polyesterových vláken s různými jemnostmi. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní informace a samotné principy výroby netkaných textilií na mykacím stroji, kladení vrstev a termického zpevňování pomocí laminovacího stroje. Tato část obsahuje také základní teorii smáčení a vzlínání. V experimentální části jsou uvedeny přesné parametry a postupy, které byly při výrobě netkané textilie a při experimentu použity. Dále je v textu uvedeno chování netkané textilie během smáčení a výsledky testování.
This bachelor's thesis deals with an analysis of wetting nonwoven fabric which are made of wettable and non-wettable polyester fibers with different finenesses. The theoretical part of this thesis describes basic information and the principles of nonwoven production on a carding machine, layering and thermal bonding using laminator. This part also contains fundamental theory of wetting and capillary wicking. The experimental part presents the exact parameters and production processes that were used during the production of nonwovens and during the experiment. The behavior of the nonwovens while wetting and the results of testing are also includes in this part of the text.
