Abstract
Diplomová práce zkoumá trh práce a dopady nedostatku pracovníků na konkrétní ekonomický subjekt s cílem identifikovat faktory způsobující tento nedostatek a navrhnout opatření k jeho snížení. Teoretická část práce pojednává o konceptu trhu práce, analýze vývoje situace na trhu práce v České republice a strategiích v oblasti výběru zaměstnanců. V praktické části práce je zkoumána aktuální situace ve firmě a posouzeny její ekonomické dopady. Na závěr práce jsou formulována doporučení pro řešení nedostatku pracovníků.
This master's thesis examines the impacts of labor shortages on a specific economic entity with the aim of identifying factors causing this shortage and proposing measures to alleviate it. The theoretical part discusses the concept of the labor market, analysis of the labor market situation in the Czech Republic, and strategies in the field of employee selection. In the practical part, the current situation in the company is examined, and its economic impacts are assessed. Finally, recommendations for addressing the labor shortage are formulated.
