Abstract
Předložená bakalářská práce obrací pozornost na osoby se sluchovým postižením a na jejich možnosti při získávání sociálních kompetencí. V teoretické části, která je rozdělena do tří kapitol, je daná problematika zpracována za použití odborných zdrojů. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá základními pojmy, charakteristikou a vymezením sluchových vad. Druhá kapitola poukazuje na možnosti edukace osob se sluchovým postižením a systém podpory. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována otázce sociálních kompetencí z hlediska vzdělávání a s ním souvisejícím pracovním uplatněním těchto osob.Mezi sociální kompetence osob se sluchovým postižením je možné zařadit schopnost řešit problémy nebo orientovat se v sociálních strukturách. Další dovednosti mají praktický charakter, například nácvik práce s elektronickými přístroji, finanční gramotnost, zásady první pomoci, postup při řešení dopravní nehody, znalosti společenského prostředí, popřípadě znalost, kam a na koho se obrátit, pokud potřebuje osoba se sluchovým postižením pomoci zařídit soukromé záležitosti.Tlumočnická služba má image překladatelské služby a kromě školského systému se s ní dále nepočítá ve vzdělávacím systému osob sluchově postižených. Proto dílčím cílem práce bylo zjistit, jestli se tlumočnické služby nebo pracovníci, pracující s jedinci se sluchovým postižením, podílejí na vzdělávání a následném posílení sociálních kompetencí těchto osob. Pokud ano, jaký charakter nebo rozsah má toto vzdělávání.Ke sběru dat byl zvolen řízený expertní rozhovor s odborníky spolupracujícími s komunitou osob se sluchovým postižením. V závěru jsou vyhodnocena získaná data jako podnět pro zlepšení nebo zkvalitnění služeb poskytovaných osobám se sluchovým postižením.
The presented bachelor thesis draws attention to people with hearing impairment and their possibilities in acquiring social competencies The presented work is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part.In the theoretical part, which is divided into three chapters, the issue is processed using professional resources. The introductory chapter deals with the basic concepts, characteristics and definition of hearing impairments, devoted to the issue of social competences in terms of education and related employment of these people. Social competences include the ability to solve problems or to orient oneself in social structures. Other skills are of a practical nature, such as training in electronic devices, financial literacy, first aid principles, accident management procedures, knowledge of the social environment, or where and whom to turn to if a person with a hearing impairment needs help arranging private matters.The interpreting service has the image of a translation service. Therefore, the partial aim of the work was to find out whether interpreting services or workers working with individuals with hearing impairments participate in the education and subsequent strengthening of social competences of these. If yes, what is the nature or scope of this education. A controlled expert interview with experts cooperating with the community of the hearing impaired was chosen for data collection.
