dc.description.abstractThis final thesis is aimed at the research and development of factoring market in the Czech Republic with regards to using information system of FBL company. It is divided to two parts. In the first theoretical part is explanation of factoring concept, brief history of factoring, types of factoring and advangages and disadvantages of factoring. After that follows the development of factoring market description within Czech Republic which is controlled by Association of factoring companies. At the conclusion of the theoretical part there is an explanation of SWOT analysis concept which is used in thefinal evaluation of information systems markets for factoring companies. Practical part is aimed at using of software for factoring companies with the output of recommendation for the specific company which deals with developmet of information software for factoring companies. There is brief description of FBL company and their products as well. Brief description of Associacion of factoring companies´s members and their software using for factoring. And at the very end, there is the analyse of information system market for factoring companies and the concept for improvement of target alignment offer on new customers of specific company FBL.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na průzkum a vývoj faktoringového trhu v České republice s ohledem na využití informačního systému společnosti FBL. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první teoretické části se nachází vysvětlení pojmu faktoring, stručná historie faktoringu, druhy faktoringu, jeho výhody a nevýhody. Dále následuje popis vývoje faktoringového trhu v České republice, který monituruje Asociace faktoringových společností. Závěrem teoretické části se nachází vysvětlení pojmu SWOT analýza, která je využita při závěrečném vyhodnocení trhu informačních systémů pro faktoringové společnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na využívaný software pro faktoringové společnosti s výstupem doporučení pro konkrétní společnost, která se zabývá vývojem informačního softwaru pro faktoringové společnosti. Nachází se zde popis společnosti FBL a jejich produktů. Stručný popis členů Asociace faktoringových společností a jejich využívaných informačních systémů pro oblast factoringu. A v úplném závěru se nachází analýza trhu informačních systémů pro faktoringové společnosti a návrh zlepšení nabídky pro nové zákazníky společnosti FBL.cs
