dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou přestupkové činnosti nezletilých spádové oblasti Městského úřadu Jablonec nad Nisou v období let 2002 - 2006. Jejím cílem bylo zjištění přestupkové činnosti nezletilých a analýza příčin přestupkové činnosti nezletilých ve smyslu vlivu dysfunkčnosti rodiny na delikventní chování nezletilce. Práci tvořily zejména dvě stěžejní oblasti. Teoretická část pomocí prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala a objasňovala delikvenci v rovině přestupku. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části bylo uvedení faktorů majících vliv na existenci sociálně patologických jevů a popis preventivní politiky z této oblasti. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí analýzy a rozboru statistických dat a spisové dokumentace a studia spisové dokumentace relevantní empirická data související s přestupkovou činností nezletilých a počet dysfunkčních rodin ve smyslu neúplnosti rodiny. Zkoumaný vzorek nezletilých čítal 317 přestupců, kteří se dopustili za zkoumané období 364 přestupků. Praktická část se dále zabývala zjištěním preventivních programů a projektů prováděných na místní úrovni. Výsledky praktické části potvrdily stanovené předpoklady. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že přestupková činnost nezletilých nenarůstá, ale stagnuje, a dále potvrzení, že více jak polovina nezletilců, kteří se dopustili přestupkové činnosti, se sociálně formuje z neúplných rodin.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis was aimed at problems connected with acts of offence committed by the under-age within the region of the town of Jablonec nad Nisou and close surroundings in the period 2002-2006. The target of the bachelor thesis was to detect the acts of offence committed by the under-age and to analyze causes of the acts of offence committed by the under-age from the point of view of an impact of family dysfunction on the offensive behavior of the under-age. The thesis was formed mainly of two crucial areas. The academic part, with help of professional sources presentation, described and clarified offensive activities on the level of misdemeanour.The introduction of factors impacting the existence of social pathologic phenomenon´s and the description of preventive politics are two inseparable components of the academic part. The practical part, based on research and analysis of statistic data and file documentation, and file documentation studies, probed relevant empirical data connected with the acts of offence committed by the under-age and the number of dysfunction families from the point of view of an incomplete family. The examined sample of the unde-age numbered 317 violators who committed 364 acts of offence within the examined period. Furthermore, the practical part concentrated on investigating preventive programs and projects performed on the local level. The results of the practical part confirmed the set hypotheses. The major contribution of the thesis is two fold. According to the examined problems can be seen firstly in the ascertainment that there is no increase in the number of acts of offence committed by the under-age, the number of these acts levels off. Secondly, the confirmation that more than half of the under-age who committed an act of offence is socially formed from incomplete families.en
