dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá identifikaci vybraných textilních vláken pomocí fluorescence. První část práce se věnuje historii a vývoji mikroskopie, rozdělením mikroskopů, způsoby pozorováni a popisu fyzikálního jevu fluorescence. Úkolem experimentu je nejprve zjistit pomocí světelného mikroskopu s UV zářením přítomnost autofluorescence u vybraných přírodních a syntetických textilních vláken. Dále by mněl experiment objasnit při jakém způsobu pozorováni je intenzita autofluorescence nejvyšší.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor's thesis deals with the identification of selected fibers using fluorescence. The first part of the work deals with the history and development of microscopy, the distribution of the microscope, methods of observation and description of the physical phenomenon of fluorescence. The task of the experiment is first to help determine the light microscope with UV light autofluorescence in the presence of selected natural and synthetic textile fibers. Furthermore, the experiment had to clarify in what way the observation is the highest intensity autofluorescencie.en
