dc.description.abstract	This thesis has been developed in cooperation with the Racek Foundation and focuses on financing and fundraising. It should provide the Managing Board of the Racek Foundation with basic information on potential sources of funds and should provide a deeper understanding of the issue of funding and fundraising. The thesis includes both general procedures and funding options for non-profit organizations, and specific potential methods of financing designed by the author with consideration of the financial and personnel condition of the Racek Foundation. Recommendations for financial development in specific areas of activities are also included. This thesis should provide the Racek Foundation with a basis and the inspiration to create its own fundraising plan that would lead to a more effective implementation of its objectives to increase the material resources of the Racek Foundation.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce vznikla ve spolupráci s Nadací Racek a zaměřuje se na její financování a fundraising. Správní radě Nadace Racek by měla poskytnout základní informace o možných zdrojích prostředků a měla by jí pomoci hlouběji proniknout do problematiky financování a fundraisingu. V práci jsou zahrnuty jak obecné postupy a možnosti financování nestátních neziskových organizací, tak autorkou navržené konkrétní potencionální způsoby financování dle aktuálního finančního a personálního stavu v nadaci. Obsahuje také doporučení pro finanční rozvoj v jednotlivých oblastech. Tato práce by Nadaci Racek měla sloužit jako podklad a inspirace k vytvoření vlastního fundraisingového plánu sloužícího k efektivnějšímu naplňování cílů a ke zvyšování prosperity nadace.	cs
