Abstract
Předmětem následující bakalářské práce Optimalizace pojistné ochrany vybraného subjektu je po teoretickém úvodu představení vybrané firmy, identifikace rizik tohoto podniku, seznámení s aktuální situací týkající se pojištění a navržení nové pojistné ochrany. V první kapitole této práce je popsáno a klasifikováno riziko, následuje popis risk managementu, představení organizace ISO a jednotlivých norem týkajících se zvládání risku. Druhá kapitola se zabývá popisem základních pojmů týkajících se pojištění a pojišťovnictví, dále jsou představeny základní druhy pojištění a jejich jednotlivé podkategorie. Ve třetí kapitole je čtenáři představen vybraný subjekt, jeho předmět podnikání, majetková situace, aktuální pojistná ochrana, následně jsou analyzována rizika a představena kritéria výběru nové optimální pojistné ochrany. V poslední kapitole jsou vybrány jednotlivé pojišťovny a představeny návrhy připravené pro vybraný subjekt, následuje jejich srovnání a vyhodnocení optimální nabídky pojistné ochrany vybraného subjektu.
The topic of this bachelor thesis named Insurance Protection Optimization of Selected Subject, is after theoretical introduction followed by presenting the chosen company, risks identification, acquainting of the present situation regarding insurance protection and suggestion new insurance protection product. In the first chapter of this bachelor thesis, the risk is introduced and rated, followed by description of risk management, introduction of ISO organization and individual norms involving the subject of this bachelor thesis. The second chapter describes the basic terms regarding insurance, followed by description of basic insurance types and their individual categories. In the third chapter, the selected subject is presented, as well as it´s business matter, property situation and present insurance situation. The risks are analysed, and the criterions of new insurance protection are presented. In fourth and the last chapter, the insurance companies are chosen and the offers for the selected subject are presented. The comparison of these offers follows and leads into evaluation of optimal insurance protection product for the selected subject.
