Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Libereckém kraji. Cílem bylo zanalyzovat vybrané služby aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti vůči osobám se zdravotním postižením ve vybraném regionu a podat ucelený přehled o problematice zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Smysl práce spočíval v analýze problémů spojených s pracovním uplatněním občanů se zdravotním postižením a vymezením vztahu speciální pedagogiky k této oblasti. Veškeré informace a údaje byly získány metodou analý{$\neg$}zy dostupných (sekundárních) zdrojů, studiem webových stránek Ministerstva práce a sociálních věci, Českého statistického úřadu, Libereckého kraje aj., dalších dostupných dokumentů, odborné literatury, legislativy. Průzkum byl realizován metodou dotazování a následován analýzou dat z dotazníkových šetření. Hlavním závěrem z dotazníkového průzkumu bylo zjištění, že většina organizací spatřuje problém v nedostatku finančních prostředků. Jedním z hlavních navrhovaných opatření byla podpora aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti větším objemem finančních prostředků ze strany státu, např. v oblasti rekvalifikací, chráněných pracovních dílen a chráněných pracovních míst.
In my thesis I dealt with the problem of employment of people with a health handicap in the Liberec region. The aim of my paper was to analyse chosen services provided by active employment policy to people with a health handicap in the chosen region and to present a comprehensive survey of the problems connected with the employment of people with a health handicap. The purpose of my work was to analyse the problem of placement of these people onto the job market and to define the relation of special pedagogy to this field. All information and data were gained with the help of analysis of available (secondary) sources, by the study of the websites of the Ministry of Labour and Social Matters, the Czech Bureau of Statistics, the Liberec region and of other available documents, specialist literature and legislation. My research was carried out by the method of questioning and followed by analysis of the data in the questionnaires. The most important conclusion following from the questionnaire survey was the fact that most organisations saw the problem in a shortage of financial means. One of the main measures proposed to be taken is the support of the active employment policy by more funds on the part of the state, e.g. in the field of requalification, protected workshops and protected jobs.
