Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou podniku. Skládá se ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou objasněny vybrané pojmy a popsány některé metody finanční analýzy. V druhé části práce jsou metody finanční analýzy využity při zpracování finanční analýzy firmy Vitalworld s. r. o. Tato firma se zabývá prodejem a výrobou zdravé výživy. Výsledkem analýzy je zhodnocení vývoje společnosti, zhodnocení stavu hospodaření a postavení společnosti na konci zkoumaného období a nastínění pravděpodobného budoucího vývoje společnosti. Diplomová práce dále řeší investiční záměr, zdroj jeho krytí, dobu návratnosti investice a splácení úvěru.
This thesis deals with a financial analysis of company. It is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part of the thesis describes selected definitions and some methods of financial analysis. It the second part of the thesis are used these methods in the progress of financial analysis of the Vitalworld company. This company deals with sales and goods production of healthy food. The main outcome of the analysis is the evaluation of the company development during the years 2003-2005, the interpretation of the economic situation and position of the company at the end of the watched period and the prognosis of probable future company development.
