dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce "Internacionalizace vybraného českého podniku v rámci EU" je zanalyzovat pro firmu PYTLOUN HOTELS možnou expanzi své první pobočky do Německa, vč. konkretizace charakteru cizího prostředí, rizik a případných výhod tohoto procesu. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány a vymezeny základní pojmy, které je potřeba uvést pro pochopení problematiky internacionalizace a s tím související i pojem globalizace. Tyto pojmy jsou v teoretické části rozšířeny o konkrétní specifikace rizik a bariér vstupu firmy na trh stejně jako tak možných motivů a následných výhod samotného procesu internacionalizace. Nechybí ani vymezení možných vstupů na trh, které odpovídají charakteru společnosti. V praktické části práce se autorka zabývá podrobnou analýzou německého trhu. Konkrétně byla zvolena PEST analýza, SWOT analýza a Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil. Následně je pro zhodnocení v práci uvedena podrobná kalkulace finanční a nákladové náročnosti i s finálním zhodnocením výnosnosti pro samotnou pobočku, jejíž charakter je v práci popsán.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The goal of the diploma thesis "Internationalization of a selected Czech company within the EU" is to analyze the possible expansion of the first branch in Germany for the company PYTLOUN HOTELS, incl. concretization of the nature of the foreign environment, the risks and potential benefits of this process. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and defines the basic concepts that need to be introduced in order to understand the issue of internationalization and the related concept of globalization. These concepts are expanded in the theoretical part by specific specifications of risks and barriers to the company's entry into the market, as well as possible motives and subsequent benefits of the internationalization process itself. There is also a definition of possible market entries that correspond to the nature of the company. In the practical part of the work, the author deals with a detailed analysis of the German market. Specifically, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and Porter's analysis of five competitive forces were chosen. Subsequently, for evaluation in the thesis, a detailed calculation of the financial and cost demands is given, as well as a final evaluation of the profitability for the branch itself, the nature of which is described in the thesis.	en
